Chris started his own building company back in April 2008. His enthusiasm for Housing and his extensive knowledge in Sales, Marketing and the Building industry inspired him to start his own business to build homes that were tailored specific to individual client needs and good value for money.

Chris’s aim is that together with excellent customer service, great attention to detail and a team of professional builders, this would ensure a stress free process for our clients at all stages of the home building process.

Chris’s focus is simple, to turn every clients dream home into reality and to ensure ultimate client satisfaction is received each time.

Andy Nguyen

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Andy established the largest franchise of Internet Service Providers with over 35 offices in Australia in the mid 1990s. He then co-founded and held a position of CEO of The Aldy Group of companies, a highly successful group of companies located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Auckland, Shanghai, Beijing and Ho Chi Minh City.

As chief executive officer of this dynamic and ever-evolving company, Andy is responsible for overseeing over thirty internationally distributed companies. He ensures that The Aldy Group of companies is running at maximum efficiency and profitability by supervising staffs, managing projects, creating development opportunities and governing the budget. Andy is well-known for his expertise in real estate, technology and business administration. Andy aspires to maintain a constant rate of growth within the international real estate market, both professionally and personally. Today, Andy is heavily involve in property development, financial planning, property construction and manufacturing sector both here in Australia and in the Asia-Pacific region.
